Water Supply?

I am wondering what you guys use for a water supply when doing fleet jobs.

We have a 250 gallon water tank in the van, but usually end up using a faucet at the job site.

The machine uses almost 8gpm so the 250 gallon tank doesn't last very long.

What I am getting at is do most you bring a long hose for water hook-up or bring your own water supply?

Alot of the guys bring there own hose and hook into the spicket. Let the hose run into your tank while washing.

Let it run while washing, I carry 200' of hsoe for reaching all over the place. I have a 525 gal tank and still use on site water. I try to leave each job with around 175 gal so I can start work immediatley at the next job.

Yeah, we always make sure the tank is full before starting a job, even when using their water.

We have a reel with a 100" of 3/4" hose, but there have been several jobs that we had to bring another few hundred feet out for.
