Just go to your local carwash or laundry cleaner. They will give them away. I get mine from colonial chemical in Tabernacle just down the road from you. They gave me several sizes for free.

Small Plastoc Drums Are 15 gallon or 30 Gallon. You can buy it at Graingers if all else fails.
 
E-spec has them $60 or $80. you can get the hole set up from water cannon. It comes with a surflow pump, 20 gal. tank and wand on a cart for $189 plus shipping.
