"Well" I Finally got Beat!$$$$

I started wondering why the heck I was getting all the jobs!
I began to think I was the only one that did this work and was to cheap, I got beat by 150 bucks and it feels good because now the other guy can do that job lower than me:) the Owner is tight!!!!!!!!$$$$$

Think about this-You got the system under control now this guy comes and gives a bid based on a different condition, thus his price should be $150 less.

Jobs way out of town 130 miles, not even seen yet. very smokey conditions said by cook and two large fans and a system they have no idea when it was last cleaned for 325 bucks. what would you do, play...punt.....or.....pass?
 
I would say $450 and cap then $90 per hour. That is a fair price.
