Hello all,
I'm in Western North Carolina, Caldwell county to be specific. I am looking to open a pressure washing company this spring. My initial focus is going ot be on residential house washing, some roof washing, flat concrete work, and light commercial work. I am opening the business legally and will be insured. That being said it limits funds available to be used for equipment. This places me at starting with a cold water unit. I intend to open and begin washing in March weather permitting. Homes in my area are mostly vinyl or brick/block covered. And nearly everything from mobile homes to mansions have some type of deck or wood to be cleaned. This being said I am trying to obtain info on wood cleaning/restoration/sealing. Any advice on machine brands and types set up, home built soft water units, house washing, and wood work will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any advice that is shared.
