every pressure washer supply has some kind of house wash.
Some are made to specificly be used with bleach, some sodium pre-carb based, some like citric based, some like homemade.
Understanding what the chems do is key to the soil type your trying to remove. Sometimes one type of housewash wont work as well as another for specific types of soil.
One house might me mostly mold. Then next might be carbon deposit's from heavy road use. Another might have red clay stains. ect...ect...
I buy my cleaners from 3 places.
www.envirospec.com
www.rowlettpressure.com
and
www.thechemistrystore.com[raw chems for mixing custom blends-not reccomended]
My basic house wash is limonlene, emulisifer plus, bleach,Dawn, and water. I have specific uses for each part of that mix.
limonlene or citra-clean for getting off carbon type soil
Emul. plus because it keeps the PH high so the bleach will stay strong. It also helps to keep the lifted dirt suspended untill i can rinse.
Bleach to kill mold
Dawn to make suds so i can see where my chem is and to give hang time[dwell time] so the bleach can work. Suds also help to clean.
I use a foamer and or a x-jet to apply and wash/rinse.
Then i use steve's wet wax or plex-master to put a shine on the stripped vynal.
Hope this help's you.
I reccomend rowlett for most chems because he is their 7 days a week to help you if you need it and uses what he sell's everyday.
