What should I charge

I have a vender that has offered me $75 for o/windows, sidewalks, 8 paking spaces, and awnings. this work is to be done every 3 months and requires travel, what is a good counter offer. Whats fair for me concidering gas and all.

Depending on how far you have to travel?, how many awnings and windows?, how high? What is the opportunity to gain work from this account? Is this area the account is in part of your regular travels? I personally wouldn't do much these days at face value for $75.00, unless I was already on site. Just gotta weigh it out I guess is what I'm getting at.

Well the gain for accepting the job is that it is contract work. There are 6 stores that range from 25 to 75 miles away from where i work. The store are like Vista Video.

Are the parking spots concrete or asphalt?How long are the walks and awnings.
