what to use on asphalt

I got a call today from a local Wendy's asking if I can look at there parking lot. The manager said that a customers car blewup in the parking lot dumping about 4-5 qts of oil on it. They wanted to know I can clean the oil up because the cars driving through the lot are tracking it all over. I know I will not be able to remove the stain but is there something I can use to get rid of the rest of the oil ? They told me they put a degreaser on it already and it didn't do much. He also wants a bid on cleaning the concrete , so I'd like to do a good job on the oil and pick up some concrete work.

btw I have not looked at it and can't until sunday , I told the manager I would be there monday. I'll go sunday to get a good look before I have to meet with him.

I looked to see were you live and it looks like you will be ok as far as the hurricane goes. You may get ALOT or rain though. Stay dry and becareful on the roofs with the winds.
 
Thanks I have been working double to get allof theis weeks accounts done before the rain.. Even though I get wet most of the time,, It still is bad working in the rain....

I went to PA one time ( A town Called Hershey ) and as I remember it smelled like chocolate while riding thru..
