When Gum is a factor in Parking Garage Cleaning

Due to this elements of oil, lime, gum etc, we had to cover each car from the floor below....

Here are a few photos of the cars we had to cover..... Some of them belong to professional football, cheer leaders, hockey and baseball players. Each stall is rented out from $1,000 to $3,000 a month from what I am told. However the floors above, the parking is free. I should of asked for more money !!!

Now that's the kind of parking garage I would be cleaning

You forgot to include pictures of the cheerleaders Jim.

Give me a H, give me a E, give me a A, give me a T..... What do you got ????

HEAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good job Jim. I'd love to work 18 days a year, I'm lucky to take 18 days a year off and on vacation !

Thanks Jim... I will need to consider what is more important and thats a no brainer.... My wife and family. It is allot of stress dealing with Gov and reclamation. I have to cold call, do all sales and be on 80% of all jobs. Right now, I am working as much as Scott... MAYBE more. Boy that hard to believe even for me and I said it.

I have decided not to get more work for next year. Next month I will finish the garages on the schedule. During this time, I JUST MAY send my wife and kids to see her family in Indonesia for 5 weeks, then meet her in Japan and then we will go to Hawaii. IT IS JUST TALK for right now, but I need some vacation time alone with the family and I need to do it soon.

Hey guys, sorry if I came off a little &^%(&. Just got done with a upper-dy class, political job. Extremely stressfully.

If I came across in a unprofessional way, I am sorry.

Hey, Jim
Always glad to learn from the big dogs!
Got a few questions for you! 1. Were you smokin that gumin in the first pic or was that the extreme heat from your rig?
2. were do you find help that didn't steal one of those cars? My help was eyeballing a honda! j/k
Good stuff. Jim
We have a few garages here in the arm pit of Cali that need you! Come on down.....

Hey guys, just back from a Parking Garage Cleaning here in Northern California. The Crystal Cleaning Company LLC was hired for cleaning of this parking facility due to the oily issues of the garage and the monitoring of the garage from different agencies, particularly the EPA. This was clearly a garage suited to our line of work and expertise.

As an option, they asked us to clean the gum up as well. We do not usually clean gum due to the gum clogging the filter and the extreme costs of removing the gum from the filter elements as I am sure that most of you know. However they paid well and we took it upon ourselves to comply.

Here are a few of the photos....

Nice thread Jim

Im sure that was a fun job for your guys... like kids in a candy shop....trying to decide which one is better!

I'm still waiting for the list of Las Vegas Garages serviced by Krystal Cleaning Company. I'd love to go look at one to see the difference between our humble efforts and the awesome cleaning (and sucking) of the yellow clean and vacuum machines. We fared pretty well at the DMV here in regards to the gum cleanup. (Guys who were here know what I'm talking about)

I remember that gum at the DMV, just like here in Texas where it is baked into the concrete.

No matter how hot the water, the gum just laughed.

If it was new gum then it would have been a nice and easy job but unfortunately it was baked in for years and years.
