Trust me, on a military base.... they would most likely have automatic sampling of the storm drains/ sewers.

I can't talk too much about what I am doing and can't really take pictures. This is one of the coolest things I have done though. It was nice to partner with A dependable contractor. Thank goodness he kept his clothes on.
