Where is the best place to buy 2 wire hot water 3/8 hose from?

I have been running single wire for years but recently switched to a larger hot water unit. The hose has only got 150 hours on it and I've blown holes in it twice! It's rated to 220 degrees and 4000 psi and I'm operating at 200 and 3600psi. The heat seams to feel as if it's sofening the rubber hose.
They always seam to blow when I trigger off, like it gets a bit of a pressure spike for a split second until the unloader cuts in. Maybe I'm running it to close to tolerance and the spike sends it over.
Last one was about 20 feet awat from me and sent a 15 foot stream of hot water into the air until I was able to shut it all down. Been using these hoses for years with cold water with no problems, but as soon as I switched to hot with the new hose, I've started getting blowing issues.
I see some hoses are now rated to 310 degrees like the link below.

So where does everybody get their hoses from, and then I have to have it shipped to Australia.

Thanks!

I might replace a hose once a year approx, run temps any where from 50`c to 110`c depending on what I am doing. The hoses are typically skinned to the metal after a year so when a hole does appear the hose is just replaced. I also have a 2-3 foot jump hose that is screwed into the reel with a quick connect to the hose. I typically do a 100ft section off the reel, then a 50ft section after that. My hoses typically see a lot of grease and oil running between 2500-3000 psi, for a reference.

I am looking for another supplier, but after doing the exchange and math they are charging a bunch of money for that hose. I was able to get a 100ft section for $130 cnd local so no shipping.

Yes I've just ordered the Semperjet 2 from a local supplier on the Gold Coast that did a fair price for me on 60m. It ended up costing me $525 ($390 USD) with no freight.
Thanks for your advice!
