Where's Fayth part Deux

Ah sleepless in seattle.
BTW, did you do the underground tour while you were there?

Are you back Scott? How was the cruise? You guys are right on the movie. The underground tour was full. We barely made the floatplane, got the last available slot.

Alright, same actress as in Sleepless in Seattle retreated to this lake (pic 1) to be alone in another chick flick. Later she rode her bike on this high road between two other lakes. (pic 2) It's a sad story. What is the name of the movie, the actress and actor, and the names of all three lakes for a bonus. Whoever gets answers right will get a $25 credit towards any purchase from Russ Johnson at Southside. You only get one chance and have to get all six right.

No takers? Does this help? Two of the lakes are shown in the first 50 seconds of the clip. That picture of Shelly above was taken at a turnout right where she was riding the bike.

(This is one of my favorite girl flix by the way)

So close Doug. If you weren't a full time distributor hawking your wares on TGS all the time I'd give you that third lake and give you the $25. lol.

I didn't think anyone would get Fallen Leaf Lake. But the one you missed was Cascade lake.

It's beautiful up there. On one side of the road is Emerald Bay, a part of Lake Tahoe and the other side is Cascade Lake. Fallen Leaf lake is a little ways away and has a winding one lane road going around the lake with cottages along the way.

We pulled off the side of the road just to hike a small trail into a meadow, and walked up a crest and found Fallen Leaf Lake where the picture above of Fayth was taken.

Here's some more of Fayth in areas where there was no mentionable history or movies, but just places to have fun in Oregon:

Oregon dunes:

And just the overall beautiful Oregon coast:

And Jet boating up the Rogue River:

The jet boat looks like a lot of fun.

The jet boat was great, but we took Fayth on it for the wild animals Here are some pics from it: That last one is an Osprey that bit off more than it could chew and lost it's fish to a seagull because it was too heavy to fly with.

I went on a jet boat to see wild animals. I thought we would have, considering the location. Everyone thought we would have, considering the location. We saw precisely 5 bald eagles, and a squirrel.
I think Alaskan wildlife is a fable, just like Ron's pressure washing business.

I think I finally found it. I had been there before, but I was having a hard time finding the fabled home of the greatest garage cleaner on the planet. (and and Expert, by the way)

Then, perched high on a hill, I found the only home worthy of such an icon.

So I drove up the long winding driveway (which was free of all oil and contaminants, as expected) and arrived at the back entrance

Seeing a lot of people milling about ( I assumed they were his guests and customers visiting to thank him for his multimillion dollar yachting excursions or just some poor failing contractors from Phoenix hoping to simply bask in his glory) I decided to hang out and wait for his grand entrance. Apparently he was out and about overseeing another over the many daily 6 digit cleanings his myriad of subcontractors are working on at any given time. I found myself wandering about the cozy dining area:

I looked up in amazement as the flags of various countries and locales where the drinking water supply had been saved from wiping out the entire populace single handedly by his filtration. The place was filled with artwork and gifts from the various enviromental agencies of the various countries.

We've been waiting quite a while. So we decided to make our way to the game room to entertain ourselves.

After a while we made our way to the home theater where we expected to watch a neverending loop of the greatest youtube video ever known to mankind and listen over and over again to our now favorite song, "We built this City".

But, the man of the hour still wasn't back yet. Being a guru must by Hard work! Oh well, I'll just sit here by his pool and wait. Surely he will be here soon.

Mystery film. 1958. The female lead jumps in the water right here. What is the name of the movie and who is the male and female lead and who is the director. These are all VERY EASY!

ok, this one was Vertigo, with Jimmy Stewart, Kim Novak and directed by Alfred Hitchcock. Jimmy and Kim officially meet when she jumps into the water right behind where Fayth is.

Here's one for our generation:

This area was the set for a popular horror movie in 1987. One of the main actors is dead. Julia Roberts dated two of the other main actors and one of them became VERY popular again in a government series a couple of years ago and now stars in a smaller rated series. They changed the name of the city for the movie.

This roller coaster built in the early 1900's is the centerpiece of the park. I first rode on this roller coaster 25 years ago. Never thought I'd be riding on it with my daughter in 2012.

(beware, bad film technician! Filmed with an android phone, an iphone would have imploded, lol)
