Who do you call first?

Sorry Chad, I didn't mean to discredit your answer. You're obviously a smart guy, and I just didn't elaborate on my question enough to get the answer I was looking for.

Ron is CORRECT! I'm looking for the repeat business. I've been nailing large buildings, but it's not frequent enough to justify JUST TARGETING those buildings. That's why I steered into corporate buildings.

I guess I'm still trying to figure out the processes in this business, and it's been rather frustrating at times when I have so many questions haha

And thank you Jeff for your input! That doesn't sound like a bad idea at all.

And Ron, basically this is what I've been doing.

I started calling senior living communities and I landed a few by just asking if they regularly paint their building or I'll ask if they've noticed any stains on the building... and 99% of the time, I can take them out. Good money...

However... When I chase after just one community at a time, I feel like I could be chasing MANY communities at once with head decision makers... Unless I'm wrong? I'm looking for the most efficient way to get in with decision makers and I'm essentially looking for repeat business.

Ron, we may need to talk on the phone sometime when you're not busy... If you not being busy is even possible lol

Not every time you start a sale you will get immediate results, sure sometimes we stumble on ready buyers. Others you have to date.

Be right back

Sometimes these groups all are different in the hiring process.

Two this to start off asking them,

1. Do you have a vendor list

2. When do you seek my services, what's your budgeting time for 2014.

These two questions will tell you a lot of info. Call ten an lets see what responses you get.

Those are great questions... Ron, YOU ARE THE MAN!

And well, I'm not desperate for work.. But I'm not the type to be complacent either! You know? You know.

Thank you for your words. I'm just a young whippersnapper trying to make a name for myself.
