Will this be an issue?

So i have a 5 x 12 trailer that hooks up to my 99 dodge ram 4x4 with a 275 tote over the axles and my PW (8 GPM cold pressure pro) near the front to keep the weight on the tongue.

The issue is my truck sits pretty high so there is an elevation increase from my tote going to my PW due to how high the tongue of the trailers sits on my hitch.

Will this cause any issues for me or will it be just fine pulling from that?

To much angle puts more load on the back springs causing them to weaken faster from carrying more load weight. Also there may be a problem with your pump pulling water if there isn't enough water in your tank. Those are the two things for me that come to mind.

Get that load on all fours. You'll tear the bearings out of the rear axle.
