I Agree with the Way he does this, also stops are the non-sense.

I'll ad another piece of advice, if someone asks you for a card. Ask for there numbers and property with the same principals in mind. Cuts out a lot of silly wasted time with people who are not Serious.

It is tough to know sometimes.

You think man, this customer is asking way to may questions, and is really over thinking this washing thing, but then again they may have some great connection for other work. Yea I better stick with them for a little longer yet.

Then you do get the job and they are out there showing you how to wash, and you wish you had never seen the job!!

Save you time and your breath!!

He does a good amount of business and he's just a matterof fact no nonsense type guy. I think his customers appreciate that they call, get a fair price and get the work done no mollycoddling involved.
