Who still does flat work cleaning for accounts in winter? If so when are you going out and doing them?
Do them when its not or going to be below freezing
I wouldn't leave the house for at least 3 months if I wait til it got 65 degreesWe dont go out anytime it's below 65 degrees...
but you can make snow with your pressure washer when its that cold!:woot:26 degrees is the cut off for us.Below that is just harder on us and the equipment,as well as, the water freezing almost as fast as it hits the ground.
going out in just a few minuites, its 40 degrees suppose to get to 35, tomorrow night it will be 28 degrees and we WILL be washing!
What do you guys do about runoff water freeezing in the parking lots/drive- thrus and such?
Removing snow from roofs???
'How many of those do you get in a season?Yes it's one of the services we offer, ice dam removal and rooftop snow removal services. It's rarely needed but when it is, it's an excellent opportunity to work in the winter. We just got 24" of snow, that equals a LOT of opportunities in my area.
