going out in just a few minuites, its 40 degrees suppose to get to 35, tomorrow night it will be 28 degrees and we WILL be washing!

26 degrees is the cut off for us.Below that is just harder on us and the equipment,as well as, the water freezing almost as fast as it hits the ground.

You have any disclaimers in your contracts about washing in below freezing weather?

We will wash into the mid 20's, but for all practical purposes we don't schedule anything after Nov. 1. Historically, that's been the cutoff for us in MN.

Why would that have any bearing on cleaning? Lots and drive thru's are frozen for 4 months straight anyway.

Removing snow from roofs???

Yes it's one of the services we offer, ice dam removal and rooftop snow removal services. It's rarely needed but when it is, it's an excellent opportunity to work in the winter. We just got 24" of snow, that equals a LOT of opportunities in my area.
