Yellowing Vinyl Question

Occassionally, I get a house that has yellowing on it and dark stains that don't come out. I use citraclean, bleach, wax, foamer, soft hot water and xjet. I've even tried some Sodium Hydroxide based solution, some gutter cleaner and it doesn't budge. The house is definitely cleaner that it was but never looks good enough for the before and after pictures. I usually spend more time than I should fussing over it and have been told by more than one that it is imbedded in the siding and won't come out.

Other houses I've been washing, have been cleaning up great. I am posing this question as a final check that there is nothing else I can do for the yellowing and dark stain elimination. Thanks.

Have you tried (oxalic) acid? Could the yellowing be rust? Test with a wet paper towel and wipe a small, inconspicuous place. If it comes off, you might want to think about downstreaming oxalic onto to the siding. Just make sure you do not let it dry on the windows!

I've found Phosphoric acid based cleaners to work well in those situations.

I tried Oxalic on a similar house today with success! (Thanks John) Of course I need to price such a treatment into the quote when I see this in the future. Now I'm thinking I should go back and "fix" the ones like it before. I hate the thought of that! Any input? Had a lot of weeping on that particular house too. Also got my first complaint today about other yellow weeping stains (3 or 4 places). Any thoughts why on some houses (age doesn't matter) and not others? I'm trying not to use too much pressure with the xjet but apparently I did. Any suggestions such as distance, angle, etc? Thanks.
