You either take your chances and hope what works for you works for them or work with them to make sure your both on the same page. I didn't want to invest money and take any chances.

Texas has been enforcing this stuff for a while and have had some time to fine tune things. While OK has had the rules on the books they are just now starting to regulate, so of course they are taking it to the extreme as usual. I figure, it takes guys actually trying to work with them to get things manageable for the industry here. If not they will impose impossible rules and regulations from going to conferences with desk jockies and tree huggers and not look or ask us about how it applies in the real world.

Your right lou it is a bag filtration separator tank and they are not filter cartridges. I am by no means wanting to piss anyone off or make enemy's especially since I just joined up. I don't feel right passing on model numbers and equipment info to you guys so you can piece this together. If you want to build your own system off of pics you see and build something of your own go ahead. If I spent the time and money learning what it took to build one of these systems and then packaged it to sell, I would be pissed if someone who I sold it to broke it all down online to potential customers so they could build it themselves. By all means be inventive and create something of your own that works for you take ideas from here or there and build your own system. If I built it myself and didn't intend on manufacturing it I would pass the info along freely, but I didn't.
You all know as well as I do that you are not going to be able to put a system like this together for the price they are offering it for. When I said you could build a cheaper system I meant just that. It's not going to be what this system is. The engine alone will cost you 1400.00 the tanks will be at least 500.00 a piece = 2000.00 and that's not including the blower for around 1700.00 costing round 5100.00 before you get to the generator, lower pump, belts, pulleys, piping, frame, emergency shut off, vacubooms, flat surface cleaner w/ recovery, ect, ect, ect.
We all know they are making a profit on this stuff but they buy in bulk and get this stuff a lot cheaper than a one time purchase. I know a lot of you guys are good with your hands and can build anything but after the time labor and failed attempts to get it working right. You tell me if it's worth the extra 500-1000.00 or less, even if you can do it for their price, to get a unit that is built ready to go and has been tested.
 
As you can see others found what I was asking about.It's not the first time any of us has seen pics of H&M equipment nor the first time a bag filter and housing has been used in a reclaim system,but it's your choice to act like you are guarding nuclear secrets.
I got the info I wanted and you can tell Tom you kept H&M's secret intact.

I see you started you business this year and I'm pretty sure you will have question I only hope you get equally arrogant replies.If you don't know what the search bar is I suggest you figure it out real quick I have a feeling you will need it.
 
Look Scott I'm not being arrogant or guarding secrets and I won't get into a post war with you or anyone. Like I said i'm not a salesman for anyone or trying to make enemy's. Ron posted a thread i responded and you asked a question and I answered it honestly. If you found what you were looking for that is great! But as what Dollarspa posted is not the filtration I have. He posted a filter cartridge and I have a bag filtration separator tank. You can call a pool company and they will tell you that the separator tanks are used if you don't have a way to discharge into the sanitary sewer. Separator tanks filter the backwash from the filter cartridges and recycle the water to the system. I hope to learn a lot from you guys, but i'm a strait talker and just because I don't feel right about breaking anyone's product down. That doesn't make me evil or arrogant I just have principles. If I bought a product you designed I wouldn't share the details on how to make it either. I'll be glad to tell you how it works for me and the pro's and con's of it. But I don't feel right about making a schematic. If feeling that way makes me an outcast on this board before you even get to know me so be it. I am what I am Scott.

Congrats you are POPEYE's kid.

We can war if you choose.I don't pull punches and will be more than happy to debate the who's and what's of this industry.I know the difference between separator tanks and bag filters I have located numerous supplies for the bag filter housing for industrial application,but was interested in the smaller size since it better fits a modular type application for pressure washing.

I will try to help you out a second, Tom Durbin basically came on here off his meds and called everyone names and made some wild unwarranted accusations one day then continued to throw fits over and over again. Trying to tell us we were liable for this and that if we repaired our own equipment and such we were putting people in danger ect, anyway he is not too well thought of here because of his childishness so any attempt to defend him or talk him up may get some flack.
 
Thanks to Ron, Russ , and Greg for reaching out. Guy's I am not TOM DURBIN. I understand he pissed some of ya'll off, i said that in my first post. Just because I bought a H&M rig doesn't make me a Durbinite zombied out hypnotized defender of Tom. I didn't post in this thread to be associated with H&M, I posted it to show X-STREAM INC's new rig. This thread was supposed to be about reclaiming systems, so lets talk shop. If ya'll got issues with Tom take them up with Tom, if you got issues with me because I bought a rig from H&M then I'll ignore you and talk to some men who have all their nuts in their shell!
