Stolen Pressure Washer

New member
Out of my yard, it was a Delco RK-40C that was mounted on the back of my F-550. I am not pleased. So, if you happen to see one for sale for too cheap, or too expensive, it could be mine. Let me know.

Dude that blows big time :banghead:

:triniti:

wow that is a heavy machine to be just grabbing, that had to be planned out!

Put in a call to all the local pressure washer dealers to keep an eye out for the machine.

Camera systems are cheap, and could provide the evidence you need to alert you to any scumbag on your property or provide identifying information to catch the piece of *%@! later. My cameras can read a license plate 4 houses down, 60 yards at nighttime. I have 360 degree coverage of both my home and my yard. I can view my cameras at both locations 24/7 via the Internet or my phone. Can actually set them up to alert me when they detect motion (but that is a PITA, since ever time my dogs are chasing down a stray cat it sets them off).

Bet the idiot is stupid enough to post on Craig's list. I'll keep a watch out.,

40 cal rounds are cheap also.

I'm sorry for your lose, it's gone this ones not going to Be on graigslist.

These guys are in business, which really bites to know we have competion that will stoop this low.

Get us a photo Scott maybe there's a unique thing you forgot about. A dent a scratch or some spray paint on one side you forgot about. I can put the photo in my guys hands and give the 250 reward of they see it working.

This sucks and I worry about this myself. It was someone close or nearby that yard. I would be suspect of landscape guys if you have any.

I have a one of my guys tell me the otherday if he would leave my trailer unhooked and look the otherway for a few he would give him a whole 100 bucks for my entire rig.

This one a competitor of mine and was serious.

If you do not get it back look at it as a time to get to finally use the insurance you pay so much for each month and get a rig update to boot. Down time is costly though.

Maybe we called everyone hacks so much they decided to up their game? :D

If you need a rig for a night or two just holler.

After that your on your own. Haha!

Scott, that really sucks. A lot of guys have been getting their stuff ripped off. People are getting real desperate.

I am not sure how comfortable you are with confronting this dweeb, but I have some back ground in confrontational situations(See Bas rutten on FB for examples)

I would go confront the guy with your guy along for the ride and discuss it with him. I would so this in his office if he haves one. Lay it all out, tell him its his chance to come clean and that if he ever was heard of making this suggestion again that he would be dealt with accordingly. If he gets cocky I would just ask if he would like to come outside to see if y'all could figure something out.

I would look at someone stealing my equipment as something that can be replaced, but I would see it as an attack on my family as this is your means of support...

Sorry to hear about that Scott.

Hope you find the person responsible and deal with them accordingly.

Hit the nail on the head!

But it gets worse....this was stolen from his home. Where his children sleep!
These low-life's lucky Scott wasn't there

Nope, it was not stolen from my home. It was stolen from the yard I keep equipment at. Thanks for all the well wishes. It is time to step back and evaluate some security stuff to see what can be done.

As for confrontations, I have a guy that can do that for me...

Don't bring someones family into it like I read in this thread. That's a poor mans fight. Stay positive Scott hopefully something comes about this.

I have Lo Jack installed on my vehicles. I have GPS units installed on my trailers and my other business equipment. These GPS units give us real time information where our equipment is, details as to which direction it is heading, travel speed and more. This will allow me to track down my own equipment, and if anyone ever made the critical mistake of stealing my equipment, then I would track them down and have one of my associates deal with the thieving POS. Then the cops can arrest him when he's ready to be discharged from the hospital.

Time to start looking at Lo-Jack for our skid units.
