This is one of the highlights of my career so far!
We pressure washed Chase Field this week. Got some great pics for our websites!!
We didn't remove any gum because we were only there to clean up from a construction company that recently put in solar panels in the ball park. All publicity for APS. The solar panels only power the new fans and about a dozen lights...

Still had a great time cleaning the ballpark!

Check it out: pressure washing phoenix

Got the pictures just in time for our new website: pressure washing phoenix

Ya it was real dirty... but we got it ready for the season. APS paid for the solar panel installation. They got the whole thing done in only 2 months. A record for the construction company...

Hows biz Ron? Hope all is well. I like the new forum...

Its phoenix business is great, we all have ton's if work here. Don't tell anyone SHHHHH

Come on Ty, I don't have all the business. They all know me, that my Job

Took 3 trailers all day 9 hours of spraying. But it was worth it!! $$$

Ron... I stay busy and I still don't have many property management companies yet.. You have them all!!! haha

Thanks GUYS

I clean some smaller stadiums, around 12,000 seats. Aluminum brightener is a bad idea because it will remove the anodization off of the bleachers. If it was done that way, first the guy was not too sharp, and second, you are going to be stuck doing it that way to maintain the appearance. Give me a call, and I might be able to help you out.

Is anyone else cleaning stadiums?

We've got a small one to bid on and I've got to determine where to start.

They said the last guy used acid to brighten the bleachers. I could be wrong but that sounds like A REALLY BAD idea to me....

Bryan Henson does them

Mr Beltran & Mr Balintine Taught me how to clean Stadiums Scott, you remember Dust Busters? Both Have Passed, is the kids still running it, do they bid against you on those smaller Stadiums?

I think that when Merle passed, they were done. I have not seen any of their trucks for a very long time. I also have not seen any of the bids from them for quite a while.

He was probably the ultimate entrepreneur. He was going to give.me a card one time, and sort through a stack of different business cards a half inch thick, and every card was for a different business.

That's funny because I met him at a gas station back in 1985. I was a kid and he rolled up on me. Only he shuffled thru his cards they asked if I would stop by his 7-11 on stapley. He didn't have the right one but wanted my info. I didn't have a card either.

One of the best guys around for sure., might be the only guy back I that day helping other contractors.

I'll have to look James his son up. James is our age, mt view graduate 1984
