Not his company, but who he works for. Questions is, who on here would be able to get it done, with the technical skills, including the ropes, etc?
I think We have a Few, the issue is would the GOV pay?

I believe I could with the proper funding. That type of project requires the best tech advisors and equipment. Not cheap to pull off.

I would think there would be very little water if any at all by the time it hit the ground being that high up.

The answer to that is clearly "no." Hell, Karcher had to apparently bug the hell out of them to do it FOR FREE before the gov finally bit on it.

Hah! Interesting question. Reclaim would probably be pretty crucial too considering it's on a national park, etc...
One hell of a project! Most of us on here probably wouldn't even know where to start!
