First welcome to another member from the Valley of the Sun. If I was you, I would avoid buying anything from local distributors, because honestly, they charge WAY too much for what they are selling.
Second, Craigslist is flakey. If you want to trek into Phoenix, I have a couple of different types of surface cleaners that you can take for a test spin. You are welcome to visit my yard anytime I am here. Unfortunately, I am going to be gone the second half of this week. I will be back all next week, though. I think that Ty has multiple varieties, too.
If it was me, and what we use, are either the A+ from Powerwashstore, or the Steel Eagle with Mosmatic conversions, that I get from teh Powerwashstore, too. The work like a dream, and fit our needs very well.

Yes, I got it as a running project about 6 months ago. Its an old 77 Ironhead swing arm chop.
