You need a few things, retroreflective vests are needed by you and your workers. You need flashers, for your truck and trailer, and some type of barricade device. Cones with reflective collars are what would be needed at night. You don't want to have to buy a new truck or trailer because no one saw you because they were looking at the other attractions.

Actually we were wearing bright orange shirts and the truck behind the rig was our truck with strobe lights that are very bright. I guess they were in the middle of thier flash when the picture was taken. Trust me we were well seen and on top of that we run 2000 watts of halogen lights at all times, but thanks for the concerns.

Bright orange is not retro reflective. A good reflective vest will light up when lights hit it from a half mile away. I am a bit paranoid about this sort of thing. You should see my street work trucks lit up when I am working at night.

Shoot Scott, just tell them the story... Its fun to hear now how you almost died.

Looks like a good workable rig. However I didn't see your recover tank.

"Recovery" here in Florida usually means getting over a drinking or drug problem, LOL

This work is done for the city, and there were no issues with recovery. But if you want me to recover it i will make sure it gets done next time  .

Gee, which time?
The time that some knucklehead came skidding up to my trailer and made my nice 16 foot trailer 14.5 feet long? The time that another knucklehead wasn't paying attention and came skidding up to the back of a rental truck (New contract that needed to start within 24 hours) and was literally 2 inches from the back bumper? How about the time that some knucklehead clipped my door? or the time that I had a crane up in the air, a metal structure swinging, and someone so fascinated with what I was doing they forgot to pay attention to what they were doing?

And I thought Los Angeles had a lot of knuckleheads!
