Great before/after pictures guys, cool.

Tony, is that the same coil pic you sent me a while back? That is a great 1/2 clean 1/2 dirty coil picture.

Some of those ducts are rusty, typically how long do they last before they are replaced or are they ever replaced or will the building burn down to get them replaced????

Never replaced even when they are rusty. We do a hotel in downtown Washington DC and the verticle ductwork in it was installed in 1923 and still going strong.
