Welcome to the forum. I noticed your name, and I hope that you have done a trademark on it, because there is a nitwit out there that is terribly litigious that used to have nearly anything associated with this industry trademarked that had guys in the name.
As for BMP's, only two cities in the valley have ever pointed me towards BMP's. One is Phoenix, and the other is Tempe. I do not even know if Tempe has theirs posted to the web. If I had a link, I would shoot it to you. Sorry.
