Black Knight pressure washers?

I'm looking for a new hot water pressure washer, and came across the Black Knights on the Sun Brite website. Does anybody know anything about the quality of these/have any experience with them? I'm also looking at Pressure Pro, Alkota, and Hydro Tek. This is a big decision for me because I will hopefully be using the same machine for the next 10 years or so. I currently only do residential, but I'm expecting to expand into commercial soon, and want to be prepared. I was going to go with a 5.5 gpm, but it's not much more expensive to jump to an 8 gpm, and I do have a 200 gal tank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
 
Hydro Tek are good machines I have two that we had for the last 5 years. However the last machine I brought was a Hydro Max here is the link of the builder out of Calhoun GA.

Landa, Hydro Tek, Alkota, MTM, Largo are all top notch machines. Pressure Pro's are great cold water machines but I wouldn't buy their hot water units.

Hydro Max by BCE are good machines too. You can buy a whole trailer set-up (8 gpm hot water, tank, whole 9 yards) from them for around $10,000 which I think is a great deal.

I've been running a Black Knight hot water for almost a year and has performed well. It has the Honda GX690 which I like. The Black Knight is just a private label and is actually a Pressure Pro machine. It is simple and all parts are readily available for it. For the money I would definitely buy one again.
 
Largo hands down call Bill Wilson or that Paul guy and get a better machine and save you about 2500 bucks in the process.Powerwashstore.com Make sure they have a themostateon there before it leaves.Lke Guy said the other units are all well built,i have had 2 hydroteks great machines but tight to work on if you have big paws,they have made them easier to work on but for the money and american steel in there coils you cant beat them.

Just like anything, it depends on the model. I have twelve that I am retrofitting different pumps on, because, frankly, the AR pumps on them have given me nothing but problems from day one. As we retrofit them, they turn into decent machines.
Here is what I find funny, the local distributor keeps trying to tell me that it is my fault, yet, as soon as I put a different pump on the machines, all the problems go away. Makes me think it is a pump problem.
 
pfft what do you know Scott you just use the equipment...Te best information comes from the contracotrs in the field as they are the ones that beat the heck out of stuff.
