Busiest Months?

Just out of curiosity, how many of those are you able to do in an hour? I know you have a shortened season, so you probably need to be able to have enough crews to average about 17 a day or 85 a week, if you are working 6 months a year.

You lost me Scott

It wasn't aimed at you...

The question for Jim was how many houses does he average a week, because if he is grossing $1 million a year, then that means he is washing 85 houses a week. I was just curious, and he doesn't have to answer, or can answer in a PM, if he doesn't care if I know, since I am in a totally different market.

This will be my 6th year in business, but I spent the majority of the first 5 not really knowing what I was doing, and trying to compete with lowballers prices. I did my best to try to learn, but I did not know there were places like this I could come to. Tried to talk to the local distributor, and other local contractors, but no one would really help. I have learned so much since discovering PWI, and I am pretty much starting over from scratch.

Pay attention here and you'll be trying to figure out how to do that much per quarter before long.

Scott,
I think Jim also does Commercial work. In this part of the country $1,000,000 is a realistic goal if you mix Commercial, Residential and Property Management. But if your right that is alot of houses to clean in a week.

We also wash houses year round here in Md. Obviously nowhere near the volume as the warmer months but there are still plenty of customers looking to have it done during the winter.
