It's a whirl-away.

I do more commercial than most think. (I have probably put that rep on myself with my dislike for cold calling and lower margin work.) I just don't spend alot of time/energy chasing it or cold calling on it. It isn't condusive to pricing high. I am ranked well on the web and get referrals, so I do get calls for commercial and I'll entertain them enough to determine if they have been beaten down by the lower priced service enough to finally start paying what it takes to get good service.
