I am full time, my wife works in our office with the secretaries full time, all of our 7 employees are full time from march 1st unitil December 1st. Everyone in our organization make a good living. Is this part time?

I believe that you are defined part -time or full -time on how you answer the following question: "What is your occupation?"
I would answer: Mobile Contract Cleaner
It is cleaning that keeps me up late on these boards and out early the next day to wash something. It is cleaning that i risk the company's assets to continue potential revenue. It is cleaning that pays my mortgage and gives jobs to our crews.
My wife works, because we cannot afford for her not to work. Our intention is to bring her home next year. My salary has gone from 14k the first year to about 38k this year. That's 4 years. As the leaning curve declines, our customer list grows, and we are streamlining.
Am I a part-timer?

i'll be whatever you call me full timer/part timer i could care less either way. All i know is I have washed 1 time in the last 2 months.

I'm sorry to hear that.
Some places have been hit hard.
I don't think it's so much the money crunch as it is just the way some communities respond to economic woes.

Never thought of saying I'm part-time as a negative. I've been a Police Officer for 25 yrs now and work 40 to 50 hrs a week as a Detective Sergeant. I started "Off Duty Power Washing" in 1989. My washing season is March through November which is why I say I'm part-time. I work almost every day off as well as use vaction days to wash. I signed a contract to wash 100 townhomes this spring. I'm fully insured and I"m not a low baller! I like to keep busy not to mention I love owning my own business. Now if somebody would add a couple hundred to my post totals I wouldn't feel so much like a rookie

Part timer means you have not explored the vast options of pressure washing services that can be offered. There is enough work to keep any company busy 24 hours a day...

Considering the fact that I am either working in the field or or working in the office pretty much 24/7 I would have to say that Im full time. I think that Anyone who wants to make their business succeed would have to agree that keeping things running smoothly is a full time job.

I have a job that I worked 5.5 months out of the year.The other 7.5 months I wash and manage my other 2 small businesses.So yes I am part-time I just cant figure out where.

I have real estate rentals and just got rid off an 18 year old carpet cleaning business. I guess I am part time also.

I am part time as well, however, reading this post makes me laugh.... All of the people that categorize any part timer as a hack is narrow minded. Without knowing the specifics of someone's business model and the product that they provide to the customer, no one here can say that "part timers are ruining this industry".
There are plenty of "full time" hacks that ruin this industry as well....like the guys with full time work that landscape, powerwash, do handyman work, flood clean outs, equipment hauling and pizza delivery out of one business.
Don't be narrow minded on this subject.... It is not an easy economy to grow a business in. It is difficult for some to "get out from behind the wand." How many guys here have trained someone, only to have them out next season as your competition. This industry is not that complex and with the information handed out freely, anyone can become your full time competitor.
Business is business, plain and simple.....Why do guys offer more services with their existing business? To grow....to get full time work, to employ more people, make more $$, get more aggravation. Is that being a hack? Depending on where you live and how you live, someone washing part time can make a good living.

Yes I guess you would be, thats great too. Nothing wrong with partime guys.
My only problem with partimers is when they say we can do this cheaper because I have a job that pays my bills. That means you will never pay your bills with washing DUMB AZZES!!!
