I have been asked to do some dump trucks, no problem I guess. Guy tells me that his washer now uses some sort of acid. Can someone tell me what they use for dump trucks ?
It sounds like the previous washer was 2 stepping. It is an acid followed by a caustic soap then a rinse. Do some research on this first. It can cause problems if it is not done properly. It is not terribly complicated but it does depend on how you are going to be applying yoru chems. Just search this bbs and see what you find then ask some questions.
Ken JBS industries in Pawleys Island SC manufacuters many chemicals for cleaning. They have a really good truck wash that I have used. Hoss Truck Wash. I diluted at 40:1 and had really good results with cold water. Yes you read right cold water. Ken they are only 1 1/2 away from you.
Two Stepping Is The Best Way For Me.Its So Simple And Easy,it Cost A Few Dollars But It Seems Like I Save A Lot Of Wash Time Which Means More Time And More $$$$ From Other Sources.
