GX 630 Engine

Up and running... Tightened it down on the shaft............... Broke the head off 1 of the 2 bolts though!!

Ran it for 30 minutes under load and on/off trigger gun - no slippage, fluctuating and no movement on the shaft.

With the head snapped off, am I likely to face problems?

If and when they happen... Any tricks of the trade to get it out.

Side note, wish I had learned this stuff as a kid! Don't know how many hours I've wasted on tinkering over the last 5 years. Learned a bunch and fixed things on the fly in the middle of the night though! I might have to find a local small engine shop in the future!
 
Yeah, pair of vise grips after you take it all apart, or drill it out and use an extractor, or a left hand drill bit and a reversible drill, last two are probably the preferred method, however the first one works in a pinch.
