How long does a tankful of gas last in your 13hp honda?

How long does a tankful of gas last in your 13hp honda?
my rig- new from sunbrite, black knight, 60hrs on it, general pump 4040.
i am only getting about 1 hr 15mins. Per tank.
Normal/average or no?
i see little bit black smoke especially at startup.. Rich i believe. Plug is dry, slightly black.

my little 6.5 honda, i think i get close to 3 hrs per tank.

side question- if i reduce pressure using unloader valve does it also reduce the gpm at same time?
rookie question, i know.

I actually haven't timed mine, but I would say I average more than a couple hours per tank.

Only if you are trying to use more pressure than the unloader is set to.

I never got more than 1 hr 15 minutes either, but ours were all pushing the limits on GPM and pressure.

I have the same Honda 13 hp but never timed it either and would say that a good estimate would be around 2 to 2 1/2 hours per tank.

An hour a tank for that size machine. The 16 horses last a couple of hours, but their tanks are significantly bigger.

One of my machines is running a Harbor Freight engine right now. I think the tank is just a bit smaller than the Honda engine. I also think the rpm's are running a bit higher too. I'm getting a little less than 2 hrs on that one. Its tough to figure out cause my wife is constantly keeping an eye on them and refilling.

2.5 to 3 hours. I've only done a dozen or so houses in this new career of mine but seems like it runs out of gas when I'm 20 minutes from finishing a job.
