Hear a couple things you will need.
You will first blow the stands with a blower (preferably a backpack blower)
Larger garbage will need to pick up by hand. They sell gas-powered vacuums, I personally don’t use them.
Keep in mind they usually want a quick turn around on the cleaning.
I have cleaned some smaller parks 10,000 and less seating. Bankone holds over three times that. I bid that job and did not get it. The 13.500 they are paying now bankrupted the two contractors when they first opened the park. I think its needs to be at least 17,500.00
The park should give you criteria for cleaning. Example bankone is broken down into three sections outer, food stands and interior stadium. They use three different contractors.
Interior reads they wanted it blown and vacuumed. They wanted the grand stands cold washed and the box section hot washed. They wanted a quick turn around and listed they wanted 135 people on site and 25 had to be with your company permanent.
They wanted 25 cold units and 3 hot 30 blowers and 20 vacuums for the main walkways only. Seasonally the paid more for additional cleaning.
A smaller stadium can be cleaned with about 15 to 20 people in 6 hours. Smaller stadiums will pay anywhere from 3500.00 to 4500.00 each cleaning. 10,000 and less…..
