Thats a great contract, but as Scott knows all the money there is not all about PW.

doing bridges and tunnels requires safety, lots of dollars are spent on off duty police and baricade companys.

I did a city of phoenix job once that the company directing traffic made twice what i made.
Dont get me wrong, this looks like a great contract.
