Had a customer call and ask for an estimate on everything, So I went over and gave estimates, all broken down so she could decide what she wants.
Calls back 30 min later and said she wants it all.. :)

House wash
Spider Spray
Deck Strip
Deck Stain
Dock clean
Window clean inside and out
Gutter Clean
Roof Clean
Cement Patio Clean
Sidewalk clean

I need more customers like her :)

Thats awsome.:dance3:...but those pesky windows have always defeated us.....we tried it in house.....then subbed it out....nothing worked for us.:jester:

What is the spider wash? Do you add chems to kill them? We have them falling on us all day long? Got a secret ... pass it on...they are always a problem for us.

Offer your current client $$50 or higher$$ gift cert to Out Back if she referrers 2 more jobs of the same,make sure she knows you want to close these deals today or tomorow.....get her on the horn.....makeing calls....doing the foot work... make her your sales man....:thumbup2:Keep her enticed....throw all kinds of offers at her, tell her that her's will be free next if she helps you get 10 more!! Works well....keep greasing those palms and you will go a long way....Make sure to send her and all your good customers nice card on holidays, birthdays,anniversies....what ever, keep her mind filled with YOU!

Take her To dinner wash her car walk their dog maybe even babysit on weekends for them.
 
The best way to de-spider a customer's house is to add Borax to your house wash mix. Borax (sodium borate as I recall) is a natural pesticide and is almost non-toxic ton people and pets. In another life, I worked for Termininx and we used Borax (or a version of it) for a variety of pests - include wood rot under houses. I would caution that selling this service could cause a problem unless you have a pest applicator's license - most states require one.
 
The spider spray is very popular around here. I had to get certified and licensed by the state, as a Pest control company. I use a gas powered back pack sprayer and apply pesticide to the exterior of houses. Last 90 + days with a 2nd application mid summer to make sure they dont come back.
It was well worth the time and money invested, best service added so far.
