In the past days some have called me and thanked me for having this bbs running. I appreciate the support and realize for every bad apple in the bunch there are 1000 good ones. (not taliking about you chris)


People on these bbs will back room you and say this or that. He said she said and when it all boils down to is fear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started this bbs to raise the standards in the industry. I have accompished that and some don’t like it. Friends please put these loosers that gang and run like a pack of wolves out of your life. (I have)

I help here selfless with a bunch of others great guys here. I expect no money or have taken any in 9 years the site has been live. (Despite the rumors or millions I have made off the backs of contractors)

What it means is that some times I get so excited while helping someone they think its easy. Its not, its your own hard work and no one is going to do it or have a magical thing that will put money in your pocket for sitting on the couch.

I have not met one man that was successful that was'nt motivated.

I am still new, and because of this forum (and Paul) I am in business, and I have made a great life for my wife and 2 1/2 year old daughter. With out all the info I have learned and your efforts in what you have made this, there would be non of that. Keep that in mind!

This is truly on of the best forums to be associated with. Many great people on here with great info that they do not mind sharing. Hope everyone continues to work together and continues to assist others with the needed help to keep our profession going in the right directions.
 
Ron I loved the Vegas RT and learned a lot of things that will help me out and keep me GROWING, I do both Sweeping and Washing and the info I gained in Vegas will help with both. For those who sit on the Couch and Hope work comes their way good luck, Get Out and SELL if you want to make it happen, find ways to sell and I mean anyway you can make it work. I have only been in business for a little over a year and a half and had NEVER EVER had to Sell anything in my life and I have done well, If your work is good make it even better, BE THE BEST and work will come your way and it will do the selling for you. But First you have to get off your butt and SELL, Yes for some it sucks but it is the only way your going to be Successful Period And Please don't get rid of all the West Coast RT's there are Contractors out here on the West Coast too.

These forums are here to help and they have motivated me and helped me in many ways and they can help you too, keep an open Mind to the Knowledge of Everybody on these Forums, because everybody knows something you might not have thought of even if is something small that can help you out in many ways.

I'm only having larger Meetings next year so I can focus on making them better and get rich off them.lol

www.nationalcleaningexpo.com will continue to support contractor like you and others to have smaller meetings on your own.

I have not given all the details but I'm working with another org to possibly combine local meetings for contractors. This is not happening yet but a dream. There is not reason we cant meet together informally.

It's hard for people to realize just how much time and effort goes into getting as little as ten guys together for anything. This board, the roundtables, the phone calls and emails are a lot to handle and I, for one, know I couldn't handle all that all the time.

I see your new "disclaimer" posted up about "no promises". That disclaimer should have been a given. No one can do everything but everyone "wants" to do it all. Ron, you are no exception. You want to do everything and be everything for everyone. It's not possible.

BUT- It's like two guys with 100 arrows in their quiver - one takes careful aim and shoots one arrow into the heart of the target. The other guy shoots all 100 in the same time frame and annihilates the target. Some of the arrows go wild, some don't even make it to the bow, but 15 are lodged right in the target!

Is the guy that shoots one arrow more successful in archery than the guy who shoots 100 just because he shoots 100%?

I say no.

I say the guy who fired off 100 shots is 15 times more successful because he hit the target 15 times more often.

Ron, you fire off a lot of shots. There are guys who think you've failed them because you didn't hit the middle of whatever their target was, not realizing that simutaneously you may have hit 10 other bullseyes. Is that a failure? I don't think so.

I like the new disclaimer. It's a good start to let people know you really do want to help and you really want to do everything, but it's not always possible 100%.

Once I realized how many arrows you shoot, and that you really do WANT to do everything for everybody it changed the way I viewed your position and now I'm happy and thankful for everything you accomplish even if you can't do it all.

Thank you for this board and thank you for all the help you've given me. I'm saying publicly here, you've never made a red cent off of anything I've done. You lost a LOT of money on the Vegas RT. Your help with Chris' business has been priceless. Thank you Ron.

Thanks Tony, it means alot coming from a stand up fellow like you. I have learned alot from you about doing the right thing.
 
Ron, great to meet you and everyone at Wisconsin round table. This board has been wonderful and saved me lots of mistakes.
The round table was totally awesome and Im pumped to do sales discussed, new processes for me to save time and make more money and I have quite a few new contacts.
I strongly urge anyone new in the business to make it to the next RT as it will change your future.
I also want to say thanks for the hose reel I won (which I really needed )
and for the turbo Suzie won.:D
Paul and everyone involved were knowledgable and influentual.
