All of the local distributors are pretty lame. I have two of those grills now, I could really put out some Carne Asada with two. I did do pretty good with one, though.
As for the size of the Phoenix roundtable, I would bet that it would depend on how many people sign up. I am not doing this roundtable. This is a Ron roundtable.

Did you read above chris, no support. Can't run expo without exhibitors.
Four years of east east east east, we are going to have many smaller certifications in the next two years. I wouldn't count on anything large in Arizona for awhile. We will have a larger event in san Diego and la in the next 12 months. Distributor shows, hopefully this will help the support in the future.
Hey if you got 12 grand I can rent the facility!!
Purely a business decision, the west isn't ready. Besides Scott matt & Tony who was a success in the west?
Anyone who had and Nce event in the east hasn't had less than 50 to 100 people show.
I also would have thought industry orgs would be further along. Instead they are nearly in the same place as they where ten years ago.
I could go on and on.
Well Gene it's a heart breaker for me as well.
Don't expect much other than some training. If your not interested in the training I would advise saving your dollars and putting them to some other use. If you think being certified is worth it then come out on the 24th

I have planned on Phoenix for 2 years to have another great Rt........Guess like you said (save my money) and maybe something will pop up closer......

You are not the only one that wanted to go to Phoenix this year Gene, I really wanted to attend a great event like they had last time.
Maybe next year or in a couple more years it will happen.

So, what would it take for you all to come to Phoenix? At least it should be a little cooler then it has been the past couple of weeks.
I am torn, and it is killing me. I really want to do a class of some type, but do not feel that I could do a class justice. So give some feed back. let me know what I can do to convince you to come. Right now, a garage class is probably out of the question, but I do have a small stadium to clean on the following Monday...

Perfect Phx RT if I could make it, some good business speakers, some new equipment displayed, nice high end hotel, fast car, my wife, partying at night time, I mean networking, Russ Johnson buying me drinks the whole time, dinner at that underground seafood place, Scott Stone cooking me Texmex lunches every day and a couple days to rest after.:clapping:
But really, I'm thinking most wanted a total RT like Ron has been doing, several speakers etc etc.

I know you guys are light years ahead of me, but will no distributors from the east show either? I know probably a dumb question

I bet most wouldnt, to expensive to pull trailers and all, plus its probably to late to get it all together.
You can do a great RT, with very little equipment displayed, just need a good agenda of speakers, but the distributors help pay for it all. RT's unless small in a non charging place get expensive and its a ton to put together

That was the main reason I was going to make it to Phoenix, the garage cleaning class.
It could be a day or 1/2 day in class talking about it and 1 or 2 days out there getting dirty, getting experience and learning the ropes to shorten the learning curve and learning what mistakes to avoid.
I am up for it if there are others interested and you can line up a garage.
Scott is extremely busy. This is a huge problem with contractor taught courses. No doubt Scotts top notch at instruction and is known as the garage guru. He however provides for his family first with his great running successful business.
We will have Sealnlock and Jerry providing courses. If you have seen these before then your likely not going to be interested.
I very disappointed about this more than anyone.
This is a huge reason we are hiring a company to run Nce and give the industry the full time attention it needs.
Remember we will have another huge event. I hope we are ready after some small training west over the next few months that we can have a large show in Phx.
I look forward to that day more than anyone.
Nce has been so successful I do not want to hurt it. This is purely a business decision Kory and I have made.
