So Allison how are you doing this Week?
Ron, that is so great! I'm very proud of you for posting that on here! Takes a lot of guts. My advice (as someone who's battled up and down with weight all my life) -- take it one day at a time and just get moving. Don't push yourself too hard, especially to start with. You've motivated me to hit the gym tomorrow. :woot:
 
Work Outs went well this week, lets see what week two Brings. Weigh in
I've had a sinus/ear infection with fever, so I worked out Monday and Tuesday, but not the rest of the week. I have lost a whopping 5 pounds after 30 days of cutting calories and exercising an hour almost every day. Then I had my 25 year class reunion Friday and Saturday. Dropped another 2 the past two days. Guess I need to get out more, hang out with friends more, stay up later and drink more often to lose weight!

How's it going Ron? I fell off the wagon BIG time last week while on vacation. (Cake for lunch and dinner one day! I'd like to say that was the worst day, but it was more like the average.) It was fun to just eat whatever I wanted for a couple of days, but by week's end I physically felt awful. Really glad to be back at home, eating right and exercising HARD.
