I understand that at the recent exhaust cleaning conference there was considerable Phil Ackland Certification bashing (I just hope they spell my name correct).

I heard I would be getting a Cease and Desist Order because in a recent Youtube interview with Robert Hinderliter of Delco of Fort Worth I talked about working with the City of Boston on their exhaust cleaner certification program.

Can any one shed any light on all this silliness?

PS: I will be doing another phone interview program in the very near future. I will be taking your questions. So if you would like to get some information about all the changes taking place, you'll have the opportunity to hear it a little closer to the source.

I have been told that Daryl Mirza (FACILITEC), Michael Hinderlite (FACILITEC & Robert hinderliter (DELCO) have each paid you $25,000.00 for ownership of the Phil Ackland Training & Certification program. How much of this is true and, does this mean that all those who have been Phil Ackland Certified are now FACILITEC Certified?

Hey Nelson, sorry we never got together in Las Vegas.

Faciltec is certified by PWNA I'm pretty sure of that. ( of course I wouldnt know for sure)

I wouldnt think anyone could hold there own certification program?
 
Are you sure, we are told that this was verified with Michael personally.

I would imagine they might call you, this subject is a private business matter.

Years ago it was the PWNA, I know that for certain. Dont most companys hang the certification on there websites?

The original question was -- Was it announced in LV that I was getting a Cease and Desist order regarding working with Boston FD?

What about the one that was going around in LV that PAC isn't really a qualified certification program, because I am said to be "just a Canadian" or is it that I live in Canada or that all the answers to my tests are "A":rolleyes:

Too bad IKECA is more concerned with tearing PAC down than working together. I spoke to you and Barney in Dallas about this. If you want to work together I am willing to discuss anything.

This is supposed to be about fire prevention and successful business for cleaners not world domination and exclusivity.

Again, to everyone, I will be having a phone-in program in the near future. Stay tuned.

Effective April 15, 2009 the Boston Fire Department is recognizing the Phil Ackland testing, per protocol and procedure requirements submitted to B.F.D. from Phil Ackland.
 
I attended all 15 plus hours of conferences, and also all round tables and discussions and I saw no part of the IKECA meetings “bashing” anyone. IKECA reported that it was pursuing having its certification programs accredited and that no other certification available was close to doing that.

Its not going to happen here. Its not Tolerated, Phils runs his own forum as an expert staff member.

Phil has the delete key if he see something that he does not like, however I think Phil knew what he was doing when he posted.
