I've seen other vendors that have some cheaper prices on some things than Bob does but the main reason I overlook that is called Piece of Mind. I can put in a order, roll over and go back to sleep and forget about it until UPS shows up with the package usually the next day.

I've never had a order get lost, screwed up, damaged or anything else from Bob.

All I'm saying is some guys might try to price shop on items. There is no price on customer service and piece of mind.

Just like if Joe Blow down the street comes up and says I'll give you your propane $.25 a gallon cheaper than your current guy. I'd tell him to go get lost in a flash. Why?

I can call my guy at 2:30 AM and tell him I ran out of propane (only happened once in 5 years) and he will get up out of bed, meet me at his station and fill my tank with no additional after hours charges.

I love loyalty, its a good fit between buyer and seller. Good relations keep you coming back reguardless of price.

We all want this from our customers but we do not practice this ourselves. Its really a shame, great post
 
Bob does have some kind of magic with the shipping, at least to AZ - How do you get regular shipping to show up overnight?!?!
 
Bob has always been good to me. I don't order much from him because my local guy is very good and I try to stay loyal to him as much as possible. I will throw Bob an order from time to time to show respect and appreciation for the forum that he maintains. Whenever I send an order to Bob, even though it is not often, I am treated as a valued customer. I have never had a problem with products or attitude from anyone on Pressure Tek's staff.

Pressure tek has been VERY good to us.
They not only supply good quality equipment but also MAKE equipment as well. Duct spinners and a downstreamer that will hold up to caustic come quickly to mind.
Shipping has also been very quick as well.

Fox Power Washing, division of Fox Maintenance is relatively young part of the property services we provide.
Since we started it, I have received a lot of help from this board. Guys like Greg, Larry, Kory, Lonnie, Nick and others have answered many of my questions and helped a lot. You guys are THE BEST! :)

I've also received a lot of help and support from Lori and Rex with PWP.
I have received best prices, many free items along with my orders, and most important a GREAT customer service and a priceless knowledge.
Here are some stories:

A few months ago we had a large flat work job that required all the equipment force we had. We were working day and night like animals and any possible equipment failure was crucial.
One of these nights, one of the guys hit a short pipe on the ground and broke the sprayer bar on one of the surface cleaners. After so many problems with this job and all the stress, I was on the edge.
I had nobody to call or ask for help 9pm that night.
I then called Rex and asked for help. Since they did not have this particular spray bar in stock, he took one off of a used surface cleaner and sent ti by his sister who was coming to Ft. Lauderdale that same night.
I met his sister after midnight and was able to continue work until the morning. All this happened waaay after working hours.
You can't imagine how I felt that night. Rex was my life saver!! :)

Another one:
Not long ago Rex lent me a diagnostic tool for Diesel Ford Truck. A tool that cost $500+ it self and a diagnose that saved me at least $800. This has nothing to do with pressure washing products or potential profiting.

This kind of customer service is extremely rare nowadays and must be appreciated above everything.

I will continue to support and purchase from Rex and Lori, because for me they are simply THE BEST! :)
