Okay i've been all over Google and on Youtube, trying to figure out how to scroll text...

I ended up just getting lost in a sea of confusion, and i'm sure that there's a "simple" way to do it with HTML or something easy.

How do you do it?

Incidentally, that is what you get with the diagonal command.
