When you get a call for house wash, deck wash etc....be ready to do some demos!

We quoted a general wash on a deck because it was BLACK looked like mold and mildew. Well nothing would touch it. So I called my Buddy Len with Palmetto home and deck. The WOOD man! He is a great guy and knows his stuff. Well come to find out the stain failed and turned black.

That doesnt make for a Good Demo
 
You can clean it, you just have to decide if you're going to clean it for the price you quoted.

I agree- do a test spot on decks. It's bad enough misquoting one deck and having to strip and brighten for a 'spray with bleach' price because the failed stain looks like mildew.

Try doing a whole apartment complex.

That's when you show the world whether your word is you bond or not.
