Some guys ask me how I sell service so often.

Here's a tip for you, all propertys have handi dandi Parking...

Make a Pricelist for cleaning of these areas, even if they dont clean other areas they always will clean oil and debris out of these areas.

Handicaped people cannot slip and fall on grease and oil. The ramps and parking spaces need to be free of debris.

Just a Tip and if you listen you will build a better realation and get more regular work.

Safety is always on there mind especially with older and special needs people.

I would even bet the ammerican disbility act has standards. Check this out!!!!!

How about this helpful hint.....get your butt out there and knock on doors because the work won't come to you!!!

How come this thread is two years old, supposed to get a tip a week, and only has 12 posts? Someone is seriously falling down on the job...I wonder if I can get my money back.

This works even better on Store fronts, those I wouldn't even ask for a commitment.
