Never had much luck with creatine, I just used the whey. I think alot of that stuff is for lining pockets. Honey, antioxidents and lots of real juice works great for overall performance.

I will tell you what works for GH release beside Juice.
HEAVY Squats, and Dead lifts.
The MORE muscle groups you work at the same time, and the harder the exercise, the more GH release.
That's why power lifters are so big.
I used to be a personal trainer, back in my day.
For the first year of some one's training, they did the big three exercises ONLY.
That is Squats, dead lifts, and bench presses.
No curls, shrugs, isolation exercises, etc.
Just 3 BIG movements, and some power cleans to break things up.
I have trained even BIG guys, and put size on them too by making them SQUAT.
Squats build size ALL OVER, not JUST legs and azz.
In the "old days", to get big, you squatted heavy, and I MEAN heavy, once a week, and drank a gallon of whole milk a day.
I have seen people gain 15 lbs in a month of muscle following this program.
