Surprisingly Texas has had nothing going for state sovereignty regarding obamacare. Mere hours after the vote here comes Texas

This Act will declare that the public policy of the State of Texas is to exercise sovereign power providing for the rights of Texas residents to choose their own health insurance plan freely without imposition or threat of penalties from the federal or state government.:kma:

Folks this might be the goal line stand. We need to stand behind our States when they do the right thing and let them know we support WHATEVER it takes for them to protect us.
 
Tom, just so you know, Arizona is the first state to start working on legislation to opt out of our beloved leaders version of health care. Many of the states are patterning their legislation after the Arizona Model. Ours is going to be put up to a vote in November.

We have great Health Care, I dont want Fed care.
