Dlee New member Jun 30, 2004 #3 Business may have slowed down but the cooking hasn't. How did you get that grease so creamy! Most of what I capture is chunky or oozing blobs. Are you prior service! or is that a military kitchen. lol I think thats the PB 125 containment system. (Plain Bucket a.k.a Pickle bucket)
