Is this a new plan or have you done this on the residential side yet?

Now I know why they all say I found somebody who will do it for $99.00.
j/k. I thaught about tryin this, but Im not a very good salesman, so id prob be stuck washing houses for $99. lol
 
Travis you do not have to be good sales man up sale you tell them the trueth when you do walk around show them how they can save money by buying larger package. I did it on pool deck and incloser washed small patio for free turned in drive and side walk she want done also

it's a great idea russ and i advertised it once myself in the service section of the local paper. i got no calls. notta. but i'm glad to hear that it worked for you.

Down here you have to throw the Roof in to get the house cleaning for $99.00

I had someone hang up on me today. They wanted there Shingle roof and trim done on their 2500 sq ft home. I told them $325.00 just to get the job as a fill in with another residential i have in that area.

They Hung up on me, after telling me that i was the most exspensive out of the 5 yeah 5 estimates they got!!! They didnt even give me a chance to tell them to F/O :mad:
 
Russ I am new to this but have been reading these forums almost non-stop for three days. I'll be asking you lots of questions in the future.:)
