Bidding this

I'm bidding this apartment complex. This is one of 11 of these. I'm struggling with the pricing but working on it. Was looking to see if yall thought I should use a lift or if this could be done from the ground.
Thanks

It's post construction cleanup. Our cleaning crew is doing the interior also. The buildings are covered with virginia red dust. They also want the mud removed from the concrete breezeways and stairwells, as well as the sidewalks. No mortar tag removal. just wash down

I was hoping I could xjet this with some monster house wash and rinse it. The front is 3 stories but with the back being 4 I wasn't sure if I could get the reach. I have a yellow noodle, but, haven't used it in some time. Beats me to death.

Any suggestions on what machine I could upgrade to, to reach the 40' without a lift? Been thinking about buying another washer.
I submit my bid in the morning, hope they accept it.
Thanks for the responses.

Okay, bid is in. I'm using a lift. The other guy has lowballed the sh*t outa me. but he hasnt won and I aint budging. the difference in bids could buy a quadcab! Supposed to know more tomorrow.

Check your insurance, most guys don't realize they are not insured over 3 stories, best to find out now then later.

Good luck with the bid.

Why the lift Guy??

Well I don't know about you but I wouldn't want my guys up 4 stories on a ladder. Yes some of it could be washed from the ground but as Kory said "Depends on how detailed they want it" seeing that these are new buildings I'm sure the management company wants everything to look great.....First Impressions and all of that. So to get 3rd and 4th stories & roof cuts looking right I would go ahead and rent a lift, also much faster. Who are they gonna call when they get dirty again?? Go the extra mile, put lift rental in the bid.

We have 6 apartment communities, 3 story with roof cuts...all of them. 900+ units, lift rental is about $3000.00 for the month and well worth every penny!

thanks for all the replies. Haven't heard anything yet except that they are concerned the other guy may not be legit. I will double check insurance, but, I'm pretty sure I should be okay. Our guy knows I've been up 5 stories cleaning windows.

They aren't worried about the height danger, it's the potential overspray from that height getting on things, cars etc.

Man, and here I thought they were worried about me. Ha. Thanks for clarifying that John. No worries though. Won't be using anything harsh up in the air and no cars or landscaping around yet.

lost the bid to the lower price . is bryce was lower than expected but apparently mine was a lot higher than expected . never priced anything that big and I had a feeling my price is too high . definitely gotta get better at pricing.
