Bigger Surface Cleaner Recommendations

I've a larger commercial job coming up later this month with a good bit of flat work. So I am looking at investing in a larger surface cleaner. Obviously more inches cover more SF faster and time is money. ( my Lawn Business runs larger mowers on our bigger commercial properties for the obvious reasons ) 90 percent of my work is residential.

My current set up is as follows :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQvtRUfh-Pc

6x10 tandem trailer. 4GPM Belt Drive Cold water machine, 8GPM cold machine . 1 GP 18" Hammerhead ( 4GPM set up ). 1 Be Whirlaway 20" ( set up for 8GPM ) . Each unit runs 250 feet of hose. I have 2 supply hoses set up ( 300 feet and 100 feet ) going to 135 buffer tank. I have not run out of water but have gotten down to 40 gallons with both units running Surface Cleaners for 45 mins with one residential supply hooked up. I knew I had this project coming so I added the second supply for insurance.

Anyway. I am leaning towards going to 24" or bigger for the 8GPM unit. I am always looking for a deal, but I prefer Quality as well. I am thinking 24" will be easier to mount to my current trailer, vs having to do some more major mod/fab work on something bigger.
So I've been looking at the
Ground Force ( not sure about the collapsable handle )
Big Guy ( Never used the fixed wheel style, I am 90 percent residential, and securing to my trailer would cause some rethinking/fab work )
Mosmatic ( pricey - not a problem if its worth it . I think the 30" looks like a friggin monster and may be overkill )
A+ ( price is very good and its lightweight ..... I just don't know anything about this brand ... just what I say the last few weeks on here. )

Also, more than 2 nozzle per bar????? or more bars?

So any suggestions through experience would be appreciated.

My big guy destroys my whirlaway in speed of cleaning. I have the single bar 4 nozzle. The big guy is the easiest surface cleaner to use that I have touched due to the fixed wheels and handle locking in place. I can easily maneuver it anywhere one handed and guide/control my hose with the other hand. I also fold/collapse the big guys handle down when its not in use so it takes up barely any more space then say a ground force. With the type of handle the big guy has it actually takes less space on my trailer then the whirlaway.

I do not look forward to the next time i have to purchase a surface cleaner that doesnt have the lock in place lawnmower type handle that the big guy has.

I personally have always used the 28" Hydrotek surface cleaners. I like them for the simple fact they are easy to move around with 4 wheels on them.

My newer 24" Steel Eagle has been a work horse the past 18 months and my 6 year old 24" BE was recently converted to a Mosmatic swivel and bar and now runs better that ever. You could move fast with an 8 gpm unit pushing a 24" surface cleaner.

4 nozzle single bar on 8 Gpm is what 4 nozzles? 25025 x's 4? 2502 x's 4?

It would have to be 25025's(if you plan on using full pressure) for a 3000-3500 psi machine. 2502's for a 4000 psi machine.
Here is the best calculator I found. I can easily understand it, that's why I say it's the best.
http://www.pressureparts.com/nozzlecalculator.aspx/

on second thought you probably can use 1 2502 and one 25025 on each side to get the correct pressure( chart says #9 for 3500 psi) Don't know how even it will clean like that. Maybe Russ or Doug can chime in.

Pressure pro 8gpm 3000 psi cold...... i know my 2 nozzle SC has 25045's....... however I'm thinking 1 bar ...4 nozzles would need to be qty 4 .....2502's or 25025's... thats my question!
The correct nozzle would be a #9 the only way to get 9 out of 4 would be to mix and match. Otherwise 25025's, which woul give you between 2600-2800 psi. Upon further investigation that calculator says you should be using a 9.5 nozzle. so 4 25025's is close.

We run big guys with 8gpm machines.

Right now were trying out the 4 nozzle bar per Doug Rucker's recommendation. So far I really like it.

I cleaned a one time job last weekend and didn't have any trouble with striping. The guys are telling me it really cleans faster on our maintenance work.

2502's I think they are. It's what they come with
