I haven given this alot of thought and figured that over the last 8 or so years I have a combined 40k-50k hours of run time on all of our high pressure equipment not including rigs that I have leased out to other companies, and this is the first time that a QC has had a catastrophic failure, so given those parameters this seems to just be a fluke occurrence. But I still stand by the ISO9001 level of quality, as a benchmark, it is certainly more then just a frivolous issue, it does hold a bit of power in the industrial world. Many companies will not even consider purchases from a non ISO facility.
