I'm just sitting here wondering why someone can't answer simple 'Yes' and 'No' type of questions just like Ron asked Jeff. Ron wasn't asking Jeff how to perform brain surgery. If a 3 year old can answer a 'Yes' or 'No' type of question why does a grown man have a hard time?

There was no reason for Jeff to blow up on Ron like that though, totally uncalled for and very unprofessional in my opinion.

I'm sure at least some of our clients come to these boards to find out how we as business owners carry ourselves in the real world.

let me clear the air though, Doug is a great guy, I just felt that it was out of character to lump everyone in as liars here and give the appearance that all here is evil, especially when I had shot him right at 30k or more at least in work.

I guess he hit a nerve. We are good Doug but dont take things that are sooo obvious so personally. Its ok that you made a bad decision by joining the UaMCC, YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN THOUGH!
 
For Christmas ALL bbs should be shut down so people can get a real life. I mean all of them uamcc, tgs, pwi, ptstate etc. Maybe you all can get to gether and do this. It is the holiday and this crap should not be going on. Shutting them down for 4 days would not be the end of the world. I posted this on the other boards also. Let everyone have a great Christmas and forget about the boards for 4 days.

I'm sure you are right Russ. I don't know Doug. I just know that I wasn't lying and I'm certain none of the other guys were lying about the post.

I didn't understand how Doug could take an act of censoring and hiding posts on the part of the UAMCC and turn it around to "just goes to show what you can believe on here" (PWI)

It sounds like all the defenders of the UAMCC are brainwashed into believing that anything said against them must come from troublemakers and liars. Is a $400 investment enough to cloud someone's mind like that?

Beth, I only want to Know about 2008 2009 2010 taxes...As they relate to a 501c6

Carlos Accepted Funds well over discloser amount in 2008 & 2009.

The welfare of the org for TAx filing will affect the industry and the future of the UAMCC.

If they are filed personally when we have been told the UAMCC is ours and we own a share will cheat us out of future benifits.

Plus will extend the opourtunity to act sooner on the full 501c6 status.

In simple terms we have to wait 3 years for full approval, if carlos did not have all ducks in a row this would be in my opionion the largest blunder.

I'm not worried about Carlos's hand in the cookie Jar, I want the benifits sooner than later. The Tax benifits will prove to be a huge gain for the UAMCC or Carlos. Which one will get it?

Thats all I care about, I want the UAMCC to get what it deserves.

Some here will be shocked at the next Statement, I give Carlos Props for even taking this on. Despite his attacks on me that are now out in the open.

I'll bet you cant find him giving me the same?

I dont blame Carlos for being inexperinced, I warned people from the begining about this. NOW its been proven.

Gave a Skid to a DISTributor
No director for contractors
Unknown future Tax benifits
the List goes oN and ON and ON

How ever I will not be the UAMCC business if in fact we find its a private Corp. YES if it was private this year I will done and will not even look back. Except to say see I told you so....

I'd like to post more and answer comments in regards to those who are accussing me of calling them liars.

However, I cannot find what the "forum posting rules" are and I would like to review them before posting further. You know, so I don't do anything to get an infraction or banned. Could an Admin post the rules or tell me where they are?
 
you wont get banned Doug, Scott is the admin but Grant and I are the 2 former admins, so we still have the controls as well, I guess what that means is that Scott has the final say but we act in his absence.

I do apologize for my post, I guess you hit a nerve but its forgotten on my part, so if your pissed I understand but I was as well. I didnt feel your post was fair.

Ron, Your first sentence, in regards to me, care to explain/elaborate? I'm not for sure what you are saying, it seems maybe a word is missing or misplaced.

If there is a misunderstanding, perhaps you can point what it is.

I don't know if you have read the complete thread, so I'll just ask you if you would care to point out where I called anyone a liar, let alone lumped everyone here as a liar.

BTW, you are a long way off on the $30k
